## What’s measured

| Metric                | How it’s measured                                                        |

| **Cycle Time**        | First commit to merge.                                                   |
| **Coding Time**       | First commit to PR open.                                                 |
| **devlo Pickup Time** | PR open to devlo’s first review.                                         |
| **Human Pickup Time** | PR open to the first comment or review by someone other than the author. |
| **Review Time**       | First human comment or review to merge.                                  |
| **Deploy Time**       | Not tracked.                                                             |
